VP of Sales

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated VP of Sales to join our team. This is a remote position based in the Republic of Singapore, and we are open to sponsoring an employment visa. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in Enterprise Sales, Industrial Automation, and B2B Sales. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. The VP of Sales will be responsible for managing a global distribution network and driving sales of our industrial software solutions. Empathy is a good-to-have skill that will contribute to building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements
